Messagepoint’s Vice President of Healthcare Solutions to Speak at 2021 Medicare Marketing & Sales Summit

TORONTO, February 9, 2021 Messagepoint Inc. announced today that Sohail Malik, its vice president of healthcare solutions, will speak at the virtual 2021 Medicare Marketing and Sales Summit, streaming live February 22-23. The conference offers innovative tactics, practical guidance and techniques to drive enrollment for the Medicare Advantage line of business. Malik’s session, “Accelerate Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) 2022 Materials Preparation without Sacrificing Accuracy,” will be held Tuesday, February 23 at 12:25 p.m. EST.

Creating and updating Medicare marketing materials is typically a stressful, time-intensive process for Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAOs), often putting companies at risk of remediation actions, missed deadlines and fines. Malik will share how Messagepoint’s Healthcare Touchpoint Exchange makes it possible to dynamically create new and make annual updates of documents such as Annual Notice of Change (ANOC), Evidence of Coverage (EOC) and Summary of Benefit (SB) and how it can simplify and reduce the time and effort required to get materials to market, as well as mitigate risk. The solution also makes it possible to easily produce English, Spanish, large print and Section 508 compliant documents for all plans.

He has more than 15 years of experience in customer communications management (CCM) and SaaS/cloud-based digital transformation of highly regulated industries, having worked with some of the largest national healthcare organizations, Blues and smaller community plans to bring digitalization and process automation to client communications and helping them scale and grow their businesses.
